Terms and Conditions
- Promotion Period: The Zeal Auto Purchase & Win Promotion commences at 12:01 AM on 01/01/2026 and concludes at 11:59 PM on 31/08/2026 (“Promotion Period”).
- Eligibility: Entry is open to Sealed Performance Batteries (SPB) account holders located in QLD, NSW, VIC, and WA only. To be eligible to claim a prize, the entrant’s account must be paid in full (within trading terms) up to 30/06/2026. Accounts with overdue balances as of 30/09/2026 will be disqualified.
- How to Enter: Entries are automatically calculated based on purchases of Zeal Auto batteries (manufactured by LEOCH) during the Promotion Period: Minor Prize Draw: One (1) entry for every $100 (ex GST) spent on Zeal Auto products. Major Prize Draw: One (1) entry for every $500 (ex GST) spent on Zeal Auto products.
- Prizes: There is one (1) Major Prize and one (1) Minor Prize available per participating state (QLD, NSW, VIC, WA). Major Prize: A Holiday Voucher valued up to $3,500 (inc GST). The voucher provider remains at the Promoter’s absolute discretion. Minor Prize: A BBQ and Cooler Pack valued up to $1,000 (inc GST). The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative brand of equal or greater value.
- Draw and Notification: The prize draw will take place on 10/09/2026. Winners will be notified via email/phone within 7 days of the draw. Entrants are eligible to win a maximum of one (1) Major Prize or one (1) Minor Prize.
- General Conditions: The Holiday Voucher is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. Once the voucher has been transferred to the winner, the Promoter holds no further liability regarding its use, booking, or expiration. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash. If a prize remains unclaimed after 3 months, a second draw will occur.
